Saleh Alomari focuses his practice on all types of litigation, primarily commercial, administrative, and labor disputes. His experience also extends to include assisting clients on the execution procedures under the Saudi Enforcement Law.
Saleh has represented multinational corporations in trademark infringements disputes and advised on intellectual property rights, including dealing with the Saudi Customs Authority and the Anti Commercial Fraud department at the Ministry of Commerce in relation to the seizure of counterfeit products.
Saleh regularly assists clients on the completion of various agreements and employment contracts, and providing legal advice on labor matters.
Saleh’s practice also encompasses assisting local and foreign investors in obtaining the relevant licenses before the governmental agencies, including advising on the incorporation of companies in Saudi Arabia.
