Al-Subaie’s current practice involves attending hearing before the Saudi Shariáh Courts, the Board of Grievances, the Primary/High Commission for Settlement of Labor Disputes and the Negotiable Instruments Offices for the Settlement of Commercial Papers Disputes, the preparation of Articles of Association and amendments, as well as registration of companies branches, follow-up on registration by the Notaries Public and obtaining the Commercial Registration thereof, follow-up the licence applications with Saudi General Investment Authority (SAGIA).
