Introduction

Muath Al-Ghamdi focuses his practices on judicial affairs before courts, departments and judicial committees. He also works on preparing judicial memoranda, submitting enforcement requests, and settlement of lawsuits before submitting them. He also drafts commercial contracts as well as employment contracts and contracting agreements, in addition to providing legal consultations.

• Represented an American company in a case established against a Saudi company regarding a claim of one million Saudi Riyals in connection with receiving the goods without paying its value.
• Participated in representing a subcontracting company demanding the main contractor for more than one million and a half Saudi Riyals without any documentation proving those claims.
• Defending a major company against its former manager claiming his labor entitlements exceeding one million and two hundred thousand Saudi Riyals.
• Participated in representing a major car company demanding a cars gallery for which the company had transferred the cars' ownership without paying their costs exceeding 7 million Saudi Riyals.
• Participated in representing a former employee who worked in a government agency against whom the General Prosecutor established a claim of disbursement of public money and demanded his imprisonment and money recovery.
• Participated in amending an agreement for one of a major company operating in the field of planes fuel with one of the government authorities.
• Preparing a settlement agreement for a Gulf company with a Saudi company, due to a building collapse incident at the amount estimated at 2 million and a half Saudi Riyals.
• Represented a client in a case related to claiming the rest of his service dues and the annual commission at the amount exceeding to 3 million Saudi Riyals against an insurance company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Defending a major passengers transporting company in several lawsuits filed by its employees demanding their labor entitlements.
