·                     Counsel to a syndicate of lenders in connection with US$ 48 million loan to a Saudi Arabian company to finance the acquisition of two vessels.

·                     Counsel to a corporate borrower in connection with a US$ 30 million medium-term facility.

·                     Counsel to a Saudi Arabian bank in connection with an SR 600 million facility extended to a major Saudi Arabian company and related security.

·                     Counsel to a foreign bank in connection with a US$ 169 million financing transaction relating to the bareboat charter of an oil drilling rig.

·                     Counsel to a foreign bank in relation to a proposed loan of US$ 32 million to the Saudi Arabian branch office of a foreign company.

·                     Counsel to the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector in relation to Islamic facilities in the aggregate amount of SR 90 million for two Saudi Arabian companies. Securitization included the transfer of a land of over 3 million sq.m. and the assignment of the receivables of a shopping mall.

·                     Counsel to a foreign bank in relation to financing arrangement for the acquisition of a US$ 28.5 million Bombardier aircraft.

·                     Counsel to a European bank in relation to a US$ 9 million facility for the acquisition of industrial equipment by a Saudi Arabian company.

·                     Counsel to a Saudi Arabian bank in connection with the creation of a new credit product in association with a group of retailers.

·                     Counsel in connection with the establishment of a securities brokerage firm.

·                     Counsel to Malath Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance Company in respect of the public offering of 47.48-percent of its total share capital.

·                     Counsel to Saudi Cable Company in respect of a new rights issue in the amount of SAR 120 Million.

·          Counsel to CPC Holding on its equity private placement to Standard Chartered Private Equity.

·                     Counsel to a major Middle Eastern bank in relation to its multi-million dollar claim against a Saudi Arabian Company.

·                     Counsel to a company operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in connection with an embezzlement claim against two of its directors.

·                     Counsel to a foreign investor in relation to a claim relating to the embezzlement of joint venture funds by another investor.

·                     Counsel to a foreign company in connection with a multi-million dollar claim filed by its former Saudi Arabian agent.

·                     Counsel to a contractor in connection with its multi-million riyal claim against its employer for breach of contract.
